In 2007, women just like you inspired the need for a program focused on supporting women in all facets of their complex and overly-complicated lives.

Cullum Business Solutions (CBS) LLC designed and led free and fee-based health fairs, providing interactive, personal support through a variety of health and wellness products and services.

The reactions were positive and promising, so CBS expanded in 2008. Our next iteration included marketing consulting, event planning and more.

Women wanted - needed - more. Our 2009 expansion introduced customized training and development programs for corporations and non-profit organizations of every size.

Carole Serpe
Program Manager
Carole Serpe is a Retired Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in coordinating learning and development programs and teams.

Prior to this, she worked as a Manager in the Talent Department at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Inc.
When she's not managing programs for the CEO of You®, she's creating beautiful crafts and decorations.

Catherine Johnson
Executive Assistant
Catherine Johnson is a business professional with a strong foundation in research, data analysis, problem-solving, and strategy adaptation.

When she's not working on CEO of You® projects, you will find her working as a Lab Technician, processing, analyzing, and reporting data from laboratory samples.

Monica Corbitt Rivers is a N.C. Licensed Psychologist, a CCL Certified Adjunct Leadership Coach, and a member of both the International Coach Federation (ICF)and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

With over 20 years of combined experience providing clinical, executive coaching, leadership, and consulting services,
Monica has experience helping organizations align their organizational mission, business, and people strategies. Her clients range from newly appointed managers to seasoned, senior-level executives from diverse sectors.

Dr. Lisa Littlejohn Hill
MBA, MA, LCMHC
Dr. Lisa Littlejohn Hill is a licensed psychotherapist managing her own private practice in uptown Charlotte, NC, where she works with a diverse client base on a range of mental and emotional health issues.
In addition, she is a clinical Adjunct Professor at UNC Charlotte in the Department of Counseling where she serves on the advisory board. She also facilitates professional development training for regional companies and organizations.
Dr. Hill currently serves as President of the board of directors for Brave Step, a local non-profit designed to service and strengthen individuals impacted by sexual abuse.

LaKeisha McAuley is President and CEO of For His Glory (FHG) Health & Wellness, PLLC. LaKeisha’s passion for people, people development, education, advocacy, and overall healthy living led to the creation of FHG Health and Wellness PLLC.
Additionally, she is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience; in both leadership and acute care. She serves as a volunteer at Queen City Pregnancy Resource Center, where she facilitates classes and provides mentorship to mothers.
LaKeisha believes healthy living is a marathon, not a relay and we have to equip ourselves daily to run this race, called life.
